Companion to the Balance In Movement Hardcover. Very good use of the technology. The finer points of balance are shown in a format that you can easily control, giving a clear image of the goal of harmony with your horse. If you miss something, just "rewind" (need language to catch up with technology here) back to it; if it's something that you have accomplished, forward past it. Excellent section on lunge exercises. Good balance is shown, but so are typical balance issues, with demonstrated exercises to overcome problems. And parts are examined individually, so that they can be worked on independently, and ultimately integrated into the whole.
